The stock market downward plunge brings up lots of questions from you and I about our own individual security in a world which seemed so solid not that long ago. You’ve heard of cleansing your body with detoxing diets and supplements? Well, I do my own form of body housekeeping one day every week. On Monday, it’s Vegan Day for me and I rarely miss it.

Why? Because I want to give my body whole foods filled with lots of great vitamins, minerals, antioxidants. You know all the stuff we hear about these days. So I eat foods derived from the plant world and forgo meats, dairy, sugar and, it goes without saying, any processed foods only for one day.
