Vali’s No-Sugar Chocolate Shake

img_2245If you love chocolate, try this healthy smoothie that’s more like a milk shake without the dairy or the sugar!

8 oz hemp seed milk or almond milk
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
frozen banana (peel banana first before freezing!)
Optional:  Tablespoon bee pollen

Put in blender on high speed. Enjoy!
