That was great! Kathi’s story is a great example of seeing a better way, then being brave and changing your life mid-stream to manifest that vision. Thanks for sharing this inspirational woman’s journey with us!

I really enjoyed this bloom talk and found Kathi to be “spot on”! I was especially intrigued by her reference to somatic exercise and would like to learn more about it. Does Kathi have any suggested resources for getting started?

    Hello Linda!
Yes, Somatics is a great way to recover from a past injury like an old car accident or old sports injury.
The best place to learn more is with Thomas Hanna’s book “Somatics” He really gives a lot of information and great beginners exercises there.
Let me know how you like the book and the exercises. I’d love to share your experience with Somatics.

And Thank you Ned for the lovely comment!

Thanks Kathi - I will! I’ve been doing Egoscue to help with a hip injury and I’m interested to see how this might also be of help. I also wanted to let you know that every day I do the 5 minute legs up the couch exercise that you spoke about with Barb and it works wonders!

    Thanks Linda!
Would you mind if I use your testimonial about the exercise on my site? It’s a crime that more people don’t know about this simple exercise!
You can reach me through my web site listed above. I’d love to chat with you about Egoscue too!
    Best of Health,
    Kathi
